chibis can be any size, any shape, and style. ovo
there is no right or wrong to drawing chibis. some chibis have large heads and small bodies or some chibis have anime features face and body, just in a small size. ovo
if you want more examples, you can see here; Chibi Types Guide. they are different ways to draw chibis. it is all up to you to create your own chibi style or try something there. uvu

the colors used here are really nice! i personally like her hair. uvu purple has been my favorite color and the color has been used quite nicely here. <3
